Excellent Key Account Manager role with a growing marketing technology brand in France.

€35k + OTE

Job description

Salary: €35k + OTE

Location: Lyon, France

Start date: ASAP

Our client, a global messaging platform provider, are looking for an Account Manager to work within the inside sales team. The main objective of the role will be to gain new business, manage accounts and build strong relationships with customers’. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing 5* customer service to new and existing customers
  • Helping on-board new customers 
  • Working towards KPIs
  • Advancing sales opportunities
  • Upselling existing and new solutions by identifying customer requirements
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Promote a positive team culture
  • Other ad hoc duties

Skills/Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. They will particularly required to have:

Essential

  • Fluent in French
  • B2B Sales experience
  • Experience in new business/account managment
  • Track record in analysing accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience using web based applications and Windows
  • Determining customer requirements and specifying technical solutions

Desirable

  • Sales experience with software solutions/services (SAAS)
  • The SMS and telecoms industry
  • Knowledge of marketing and messaging tools
